June is such a great month for a few reasons. First of all, it’s my birth month, which is obviously the best month of the year. Also, my daughter and first child were born in June. Both my uncles and grandmother were born in June, too. We’re all Geminis. As they say about Geminis, we have twice the fun.
Secondly, June is Pride Month, a month celebrating equality and acceptance. and Go to fun parties and drag shows.
Lastly, June marks the start of summer, which, aside from the threat of wildfires, is a pretty amazing season. There are plenty of other reasons why June is the best month, but I’ll leave it at that for now.

Wardle Analysis

I chose flying as my first guess because a friend had just told me about his travel nightmare and how awful the airlines have become in recent years, which is one of the reasons why I don’t go anywhere.
With one green box, I decided to guess all the new letters on my second try. HOIST narrowed my remaining words down to three, showing a yellow “O.” Two came to mind: BRAVO and OVARY. Wordle Bot later told me that AMARO was also an option; the Italian herbal liqueur doesn’t exist in my regular vocabulary. Either way, I thought guessing OVARY and getting the answer BRAVO would be worse than the other way around, so I guessed BRAVO. Bravo for me, that was Wordle!

Today’s Wordle Etymology
The word “bravo” is of Italian origin and means “brave” or “bold”. It is derived from the Latin “bravus” and “pravus” meaning “crooked” or “wicked”. Over time, its meaning has changed to denote courage and boldness rather than a negative connotation. In English, “bravo” is often used to express approval or praise, similar to saying “well done” or “great” especially in response to a performance.
